La Gambita combines a fishmonger’s and a restaurant in Benidorm, with a design that conveys freshness and simplicity. Visual purity is the guiding principle of the project: clean lines, a predominance of white and blue accents that link the space to its maritime identity.

Wood adds warmth to stools, benches and display features, balancing out the white finishes. The clear lamps above the counter and the built-in lighting enhance the brightness of the space and highlight the fish and seafood as the centrepieces.

The layout complements the experience of choosing a product and enjoying it prepared on the premises. The counter, the bar and the dining area share a common aesthetic, whilst the graphics on the walls explain how the business operates. A welcoming and functional interior, where the design highlights what really matters.
