This newly built property in Finestrat was handed over partially completed, in consultation with the developer, so that the interior could be designed in line with the client’s ideas. The design combines a base of whites and sandy tones with wood-effect finishes, deep blues and gold detailing, which lend the whole piece a distinctive character.

The kitchen, dining room and living room form an open-plan space opening onto the terrace. The island features a bench facing the glass table, linking the two areas, whilst the
gold chairs and the arrangement of cubic lamps make the dining area stand out.

In the bedroom, a headboard inspired by old shutters extends up to the ceiling and frames the bed. The bathroom combines patterned hexagonal tiles with wood-effect flooring and gold-coloured trim. Las terrazas y el patio completan la propuesta con zonas de comedor y descanso, prolongando la vida de la vivienda al exterior.
